Company
O12 is a Creative Design Agency, servicing the retail, leisure, brand and corporate sector. Specialising in the design of customer in-store experiences, O12 uses interior design, POS and graphic design to increase footfall and dwell time in stores.
Problem
At the start of our journey together, O12 wanted to raise their lead generation activity to increase the volume of new customers enquiring with the business.

During our relationship over the last 2 years, we have generated £1.5m in revenue with £52,000 ad spend through our campaign creation and management in Google Ads. That is an ROAS of 2884.6%! We have supported enquiries from global businesses including Under Armour, Pukka Pads, Panasonic, Moss Bros, Leicester City Council, NFL, Blue Light Card and many more via these campaigns.
From this success, we have recently begun work in advertisement via other channels, including LinkedIn advertisement, SEO and content, taking everything we have learnt from the data collected via PPC and transferring this to other marketing channels.
